Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return

• Products can be returned within 7-10 working days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Return Process

• Upon receiving your return request, we will review it and notify you of the next steps.
• Tyre Express BD will arrange for the return of the product, and a refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item.
• The refund may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Custom or special order items.
• Tyres that have been installed or used on a vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, the return policy will apply.
